Our client works on truly exceptional High-End Domestic Landscaping projects. They are looking for an experienced Aftercare team Leader to join their dynamic team. 

They are looking to expand their aftercare team with two people, one being a lead and another to assist.

The lead must have solid experience in delivering high end residential aftercare along with a full driving license. 

You must be experienced in a client facing Garden Maintenance role and have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Salary £30k to £35k PA

·    Clearing rubbish, weeds, brush and debris on a clients grounds

·    Cleaning entrances, pool deck and upper decks

·    Watering all flowers and plants on the grounds

·    Weeding, trimming, and mulching plants using gardening tools

·    Cleaning the clients grounds by removing rubbish and litter daily

·    Taking care of all maintenance supplies, tools and inventory

·    Ensuring the grounds are clean, safe and usable by clients and their visitors

·    Removing dirt on paths and driveways

·    Taking on special landscaping or planting projects as deemed necessary

·    Ability to communicate with clients and staff

·    Driving license

·    Basic plant knowledge
