Office Manager

This position is responsible for office management and multiple / varied administrative functions. Job will provide front line customer service through direct customer contact and/or telephone inquiry. Position relies heavily on strong customer service skills, telephone skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills and ability to provide solutions to administrative related activities. This job also ensures complete accuracy in all data and processing and record keeping.

You will require experience working for a Construction or Landscaping company.

The ideal candidate is highly organised and must be a self-starter. Experienced in working in a fast-paced professional environment and is very detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Excel. You will be required to thrive when taking on variety in tasks and be excited to take on projects that are cross-departmental.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and maintains spreadsheets for the Admin Department.
  • Files, copies, distributes various documents, incoming/outgoing mail, etc.
  • Organises and files information in a systematic manner.
  • Prepares and distributes various correspondence as assigned or requested.
  • Performs data entry, maintains and distributes multiple reports and schedules.
  • Create culture within team and provide leadership.
  • Developing process and procedures for department
  • Maintains forms inventory. Monitors distribution within company and prepares recommendation for purchase as needed.
  • Acts as liaison with external partners and vendors.
  • Assists with various reporting and data analysis.

Preferred Experience

Degree in Administration or 6 yearsâ?? plus of relevant experience.
