Our client is looking for a Garden designer & maintenance team leader with build experience.

They hope to find a somebody to join their team with all round senior experience to take the lead of their aftercare department while being a key player in their design division.

Ourr client is a certified carbon neutral garden design & maintenance company based in south east London. They are looking for an experienced horticultural professional who wants to be part of a growing team.

Duties include

Aiding in designing & building sustainably focused gardens for high end clients

Site surveyor and job pricing

Writing clear design briefs with budget proposals

Competent technical experience in hard landscaping

Keen focus on the client experience with excellent communication skills

Willingness to jump into the maintenance department to work across our roster of clients and lead the teams in best practice

Managing schedule for design and maintenance jobs

Solid horticultural/plant knowledge

Key attributes

Experience in working in all areas of garden design and aftercare/maintenance

Ability to work in the field and in the office

Physically fit and prepared to take on a fast paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to build excellent working relationships, in and outside the company.

Good horticultural knowledge.

Solid organizational and planning skills.

Flexibility to meet clients, occasional early morning / evening meetings.

Experience working in a busy office culture

Passion for sustainability, design & nature

A self starter, proactive lateral thinker

Essential attributes: Full, UK diving license.

Preferred qualifications: Garden Design Diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £29,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
