Our client works on truly exceptional High-End Domestic Landscaping projects. They are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their dynamic team. 

You will need the ability to see the project through from start to completion so both soft and hard landscaping experience required with a real emphasis on hard landscaping. All finishes must be achieved to the highest of standards. Their clients expect the best.

The role will be split approximately 70% production and 30% management so you must be happy to be on the tools and to be able to lead by example, ensuring your site team is working hard to complete project on time, in budget and with health and safety and exceptional finishes at the forefront of day to day activities.

You must have experience in a client facing role as well and proven ability to lead teams and be responsible for forward planning, ensuring materials are onsite when required. Organising your team and keeping both clients and senior management informed and confident in the projects delivery.

Requirements:

Plant tickets an extreme advantage
5 years experience in a supervisory role
Strong record keeping and administration skills
Reliable and consistent in both planning and production.
