Garden Maintenance Supervisor

Our client is looking for a supervisor to drive around and oversee 125 locations, you will be managing the teams ensuring they are working as they should be and delivering top end results.

They company cover a variety of gardens, Some large, some postage stamp sized and one has just 3 window boxes that are maintained so they all need different levels of supervision and involvement with the companies clients.

  • You will need to be reliable, adaptable, well organised. 
  • You will need strong leadership and mentoring skills.

The role requires you to forward plan and produce detailed job sheets for the gardeners.

You will need a driving license, to be comfortable driving a van around London and have a strong work ethic.

You will require a strong understanding of high quality garden maintenance.

Working hours are 7am to 4:30pm, but with a degree of flexibility.

You will be working Monday to Friday.

The position comes with a van and mobile phone.

Starting salary is 40k with the possibility of this rising to 50k.
