They are looking for Junior Maintenance Operatives to join their team and look forward to training people and encouraging new people into the horticultural sector. They have opportunities in North, West, East and Central London.

You will need to have a good eye for detail, the ability to follow somebodies lead and learn on the job. You will also require a passion for horticulture.
You must be an excellent time keeper, reliable and have an exceptional team spirit and work ethic.
This will suit somebody who may not have qualifications in horticulture but who is really keen to start a career in horticulture. If you have hort qualifications or are working towards obtaining them it will give a distinct advantage. They are happy to accept cvs from candidates who can only work 4 days in order to attend college. You would be paid Pro-Rata.
