Job Description â?? Decking Team Leader 

The company is part of a family company that started in 1997. For the last 24 years we have constructed superior decks throughout London and the South East. Working with all forms of timber or composite materials. We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our rapidly growing company.

This position will be based from our Hackbridge, South London branch or our Kingsbury, North London branch. However, with the nature of the job you will be travelling to various locations to complete

Decking Landscaping projects each day alongside your team with your will be leading. This will be a physically demanding, yet highly rewarding and competitively paid role, involving working within teams of 2-3.

The ideal candidate will need to possess:

• 3 years Decking / Carpentry Experience
• A keen eye for detail, being able to work to a very high specification.
• Excellent time management skills
• A positive, can-do attitude towards work
• Good interpersonal skills
• A Clean UK Driving Licence
• CSCS â?? Labourer card
• Desire to work outside
