Our bespoke Design, Build and Consultancy Client based in Exeter are looking for a Landscape Supervisor to join their expanding team. Working on both Domestic and Commercial projects across Devon and the South West.

You will be in charge of a team delivering high quality projects to their Clients and have the experience to deliver finished projects within time and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and motivate the team
  • Team briefings, setting KPIâ??s
  • Client daily meetings
  • Able to read and set out from plans and specifications
  • Groundworks
  • Demonstrate both Hard & Soft Landscaping skills to include but not limited to
  • Brick & block
  • Stone & resin
  • All aspects of paving
  • Timber work
  • Water feature, both natural and contemporary
  • Decking, both composite and timber
  • Soft Landscaping including turfing and planting
  • Irrigation and lighting installation
  • Follow H&S

Person Specification

  • Horticultural/landscape Qual with 8 years + experience with last three running teams.
  • You will need to able to demonstrate a high knowledge and experience of hard and soft landscapes across all landscape disciplines with managerial and organisational skills.
  • Driver
  • CSCS Card and SMSTS desirable but not essential
  • Self-motivated

8am start 5pm finish.
