Our client is a a Landscaping company operating in central London and looking for a plant and garden maintenance employee.

Our clients range from international companies based in the City and West End through to high net worth private clients.

The role is full time. We are looking for a dedicated, reliable and responsible individual, passionate about horticulture, looking for a long term position and is keen to work as part of small enthusiastic team.

Role

•  Responsible for annual maintenance of gardens and office plants
•  Managing cycle of horticultural tasks to fit within maintenance schedule
• Maintaining / installing irrigation systems
• Putting up training wires/painting and other maintenance related handyman tasks
• Liaising with clients and reporting feedback to the office
• Pruning, feeding at correct time 
• Recognizing and treating pest and disease
• Working on your own and/or as part of a team
• Working to a strict diarised schedule
• Reporting to office and submitting all paperwork in a timely fashion
• Driving and day to day management of company van

To be considered for this role you will need to have / be:

• Over 24 years of age for Van insurance
• Excellent horticultural and plant knowledge (Minimum RHS Level 2 Horticulture)
• Have PA1/ PA6
• Basic Knowledge of hard landscaping
• Good on site problem solving and dedication to getting the job done
• Good time management and ability to plan ahead
• Good communication and administrative skills (fluent written and spoken English essential)
• Comfortable with early starts
• Clean driving licence
• Legally entitled to work in the UK
• Be physically fit
