Our client is the UK's largest provider of landscape services. A National Award Winning company. They are looking to employe a Maintenance Team Leader for a site in Bishops Stortford.

Specific skills/experience required - Must have proven experience.

Main Purpose of the Job:
As the Team Leader you will be working alongside and supervising the Operative(s) carrying out grass cutting (ride on and pedestrian), strimming, shrub and border maintenance, hedge cutting, litter picking and a full range of horticultural work as required by the contracted works.

Job Objectives & Responsibilities:
To ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard
To ensure you are in possession and wear the correct uniform & PPE at all times.
To ensure that the vehicles and machinery (including mobile telephones) you are using are in good working order and are being properly used.
Attend and participate in any requested Tool Box Talks.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:
Grass cutting (ride on and pedestrian)
Strimming
Pruning
Weeding
Shrub and Border Maintenance
Hedge cutting
Leaf and Litter picking
Sweeping/cleansing
Herbicide application
A full range of horticultural work as required by the contracted works.

Must have a CSCS Card or be happy to obtain.

CRB checks may be carried out.

7:00 to 16:30
Mon to Fri
Must be flexible and must be prepared to work overtime including some Saturdays

Holiday entitlement 21 days 
Van (no private use)
