Our client is an established gardening company, specialising in garden maintenance. Providing services to high-end clients throughout West, South East and South West London.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will work alongside the owner and in time will develop to become a Head Gardener. The role involves tending between 2-4 gardens per day. Some commercial properties such as restaurants, but mainly working for domestic clients. There will be some installation projects and small landscaping jobs but the vast majority of work is high end garden maintenance. Our client is looking for a candidate who can grow with the company and has the aptitude to take on more responsibility, in time leading a small team of their own.


REQUIREMENTS: 

You will need a keen interest in plants, some practical professional gardening experience and ideally a horticultural qualification. However, the right match for the company will have an eye for detail, the ability and desire to learn and take instruction.

HOURS: 

8:30 - 4:30pm - 5 days a week (A day may be given for attending college to obtain a horticultural qualification)
