Our clients seeks a Sales Person with a proven track record to join their team. Ideally with a knowledge of plants and nursery sales or from a soft landscaping sales background. 

Purpose of the role:

To make contact with new potential customers and develop existing company relationships, across all product lines. Ensuring renewal contracts are completed and that the company are on preferred suppliers lists. The comany work with some exteremly high profile clients so you must have exceptional customer service skills and a descrete nature.

Skills/ Training:

  • Written and verbal communication should be clear and precise.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to communicate respectfully with a wide variety of individuals.
  • Good knowledge of London area
  • Driving licence preferred but not essential
  • Strong time management and administrative skills.
  • Strong plant maintenance skills and a broad knowledge of different plants and their requirements
  • Ability to work on own initiative and impart that initiative professionally.
  • Strong organisational ability.
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and ability to solve tough problems.
  • Strong computer literacy and knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint.
  • Strong numeracy skill and understanding of budgets and margins.
