Our client established in 1984, are one of the leading landscape contractors in London and the South East and are looking for an experienced site manager and working foreman to join the team.

Our client is mostly dedicated towards the development of their staff and continued investment in the latest equipment, tools and machinery. They are also looking for someone who can push and embrace their philosophy of a â??can doâ?? approach to work and remain fully committed to providing customers with the highest level of service and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Working effectively as part of a team
  • Ensuring quality standards are consistently upheld
  • Follow health and safety
  • Rotas including holiday and sickness coverage
  • Client meetings
  • Working within budget and to deadlines
  • Undertaking both hard and soft landscape duties including:
  • Planting
  • Lawn care and maintenance
  • Hedge cutting
  • Other soft landscaping duties
  • Hard landscaping duties include:
  • Paths and patios
  • Decking
  • Fencing
  • Other hard landscaping duties as required

 

Person Specification

  • CSCS CARD / SSSTS CARD
  • PPE
  • Full clean UK Drivers Licence
  • Excellent communication skills â?? written and verbal
