Our Client are a family run outdoor transformation business, involved in all aspects of outdoor transformation from manufacturing, supplying and installing canopies, umbrellas, artificial grass installation/supply, irrigation and landscape gardening.

We are now looking to recruit a Team Leader to join our expanding team.

·The ideal landscaper will be expected to be physically fit due to the nature of the role and able to stand and walk for a long period of time.

·Our Landscapers must be comfortable outside regardless of the weather conditions,

·Must have a good knowledge of Health and Safety, punctual and reliable

·Flexibility to suit the needs of the business.

The ideal candidates will have had at least 3 years prior experience in landscaping/laying artificial grass to a high standard, the ability to remember and retain instructions, excellent time keeping, flexibility, a can-do attitude and pride in their work to ensure that customer projects are always completed on time and to a high standard.

Our work is a way of life, which involves transforming spaces in all weathers and locations, so a genuine interest in this industry as a career is especially important. The hours will be longer in summer and shorter in winter as this is a seasonal industry.

Travel is also an important aspect for our installers as we often install throughout the UK and Europe, so flexibility is especially important for this reason.

Daily working hours are generally from 7am - 5pm and the ideal candidate will live within the Kent area.
